A planet-wide shift towards sustainability is well under way and I find this very encouraging and positive. In early 2007 I started a personal shift of my own, deciding to educate myself about this movement (both on the local as well as planetary level) and to reorient my photography business and personal life to assist, in any way I can, this phenomenon. Here's a TED talk that explains in plain, easy to understand language the future we are facing. We can continue to bury our collective heads in the sand and blindly walk off a cliff, or we can face it square on and work on major solutions collectively. It's well worth 15 minutes of your time.
